Third times the Charm... No it's not!We've used Goodtogo moving three times. We have been under construction for about three months. Our new home just got a new basement. To avoid messing our furniture with construction dust and the general damage that comes with renovations. We put our furniture in the garage for save keeping. Good to go helped with moving it three times. First move: 3 men 1hour 45munites $375 second time: $215 . Last time: two men, one hour and a half $416 this last time the crew seemed confused, in a bad mood and generally unhappy?This was not my best moving experience I'm glad it's our retirement home I won't have to do that again; I hope.

Excellent Service:Wayne the office manager was really pleasant to deal with. Answered all of our silly questions! He made room in a busy day for the guys to show up on short notice on a Saturday.Thanks WayneThe ² guys that showed up Chris and Lachlan were very professional and careful with my items. Marshall and Slava delivered a stove today. They were on time and professional. I was most worried about them bumping the newly painted door frames, but they moved the stove in without touching a wall. I highly recommend them if you need appliances moved or delivered.

We had Good to Go move a piece of furniture from Calgary to Lethbridge for us. They went out of their way to do this on a Saturday! Outstanding service and so reliable. We’ll definitely use them again if the need arises.

Today I had my fridge from Home Depot delivered by Leif, Christian, and Cody G. Wow these guys were fantastic. They were very observant to not damage my doors, walls and island in my kitchen. My new fridge was brought into my house with so much care, making sure not to damage it. 10 out of 10. Thanks guys for the pride you take in your work.

We had Slava and Agraj move in a washer and dryer we purchased from Home Depot. I received a call to give me a 10 minute window.They showed up and got right to work. Moved the set in quickly and efficiently. Hooked up the set and made sure there were no leaks. They made sure I was happy with the positioning of the washer and dryer. Great job!

I received a recommendation for this company from a friend who has moved multiple times. I see now why they were so highly recommended.I cannot say enough how very pleased our family was with the whole team from start to finish.Wayne,Sam and I,m sorry I forgot the other gentleman s name were very professional right from the start. Everything we were told would happen did in a very timely fashion. The gentlemen doing the moving were so careful with everything, and so helpful. Even doing all of this heavy lifting they had a great sense of humor. My 95 yr old mother thought they were funny and great too, and trust me she can be critical lol.Every communication with Wayne via email was replied to in a very timely manner and the quotes were very accurate.Thank you again goodtogo moving it was a pleasure to work with your team for our move, I will definitely be recommending anyone I know in need of a moving company to give you a call!

I was quoted 3 movers for 6 hours, and only 2 movers showed up. The move took a lot longer than I expected and I was advised that furniture would be put together, but they ran out of time.

17 stars for the delivery team, Wesley and his co worker (sorry, I didn’t get a name) did an impeccable job with my huge and heavy new fridge. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because I hope the owners can see this and get their team a ramp on and off their delivery truck. These poor boys were all but literally winded going in and out of my home and they had to not only take my new 36” fridge off their very large 5’ plus truck (shoulder height on them 🤯) but LIFT my old one of the same size and massive weight back up into it. That is just wild to me and seems so unsafe and not fair. I could be wrong but I believe that even the U-Haul I rented a few years ago had a slide out ramp so I hope that someone can see this and get something like that to support the team. Very appreciated and very hardworking boys deserve a big shoutout.

Have just moved here from another Province and been dealing with Good to Go for all kinds of things (major appliance delivery, transport of appliances and furniture from one local location to another, disposal of non-functional items etc. The company has been very flexible in meeting our needs and the rates charged have been reasonable. Every team has been great but I’m super impressed with James P. And Josef today - polite, efficient and very careful with everything they handled. Thanks Good to Go!

JJ and his crew moved us out of our condo and into an apartment. Needless to say many stairs and distances to walk and haul everything. The guys were well prepared, friendly and professional. They handled our belongings with care and worked longer hours to get the job done. This was our second time using them and would definitely hire them again. Good to go delivered a fridge I ordered from Costco. Tyler (I hope I remembered the name correctly) and his crew called when they were 10 minutes out so could be ready. Super quick, super professional and super friendly. The whole delivery was 10-15 minutes start to finish (I didn’t need installation help) and the old fridge was hauled away. Great experience

We recently purchased a washer and dryer from Home Depot. We were very fortunate that Parker and Jackson were assigned to the delivery. They were on time and gave us advance notice. Both were very professional, polite and efficient. They ensured proper installation of both the washer and dryer including leveling both. THANK YOU!

Had to move during my favourite time of the year. All the perfect plans I had to have everything packed and ready to go fell through but the two guys who helped me were very kind and understanding, they ran everything out of the house and into the new house, explained everything that we needed to understand as we went. Misplaced my card during the move and they were able to make it work it out with my roommate while I stayed back to sort the last details out. They communicate well, friendly, very helpful and polite.

I took a chance calling this moving company because my move-in dates had changed to an earlier date. The gentleman on the phone was very accommodating and polite. The two movers were very nice and were VERY FAST. This was affordable and a great experience. I definitely recommend them!

My movers JJ and Logan were amazing, so fast, efficient and didn’t make any marks on the walls while moving the furniture! While booking with Wayne the sales guy of good2go, there was a bit of a hiccup with lack of communication on the drop off time but when we were able to touch base about how the drop off time he scheduled me for was not going to work and why he did it like that - he went above and beyond to make it right and work it out for me. Wayne even showed up and helped pack up to make sure we were on the road as soon as possible as I had a funeral to attend to that but the bump in the road for time drop off.

Wayne and Chris were awesome! It was raining the day that we moved but they made sure our floors were protected. No wall scratches. They moved the old washer and dryer (1966 HEAVY machines) from our new basement. Very efficient and friendly guys. Totally recommend!!

Very much recommend this company!! A few months ago Aubrey Gramke and Cody Gamon did an awesome job of packing and moving all my belongings. They work very fast while still focusing on quality. The way they packed my belongings up made it so easy and organized to unpack everything in the next house. Next time I need to move I’ll definitely hire this company again! They made a stressful time so much easier for me. Thank you two for all your help!

I had 2 great experiences with this company. The guys they hire are exceptional. They are pleasant, professional and punctual. A few days ago 2 lads - Tyler and I cannot remember the other lad's name, delivered a washing machine. The service was fast and efficient. The other time was at the end of May/beg of June when 2 lads delivered a MASSIVE china cabinet to my home. The guys were able to lift the pieces easily and set it up in my home. I wish I could remember their names, but they were great. I would highly recommend this company for any moving needs. Thank you.

Amazing movers we today. Jj, Raul and ugocgi got everything packed loaded and brought to my new house with no hassle no problem even took some stuff away that I didn't have room for the end of day and even offered to come back if I had any problems with anything else I found. On moving day the movers we had hired didn’t send the crew promised and when challenged quit on the spot. This left us to find another mover quickly This is where Wayne and team at Good2Go saved the day for us. After sharing what happened with the movers we had hired, Wayne said he would do his best to get our container of furniture moved into our new house. An hour later Marshall and Travis arrived and did an amazing job moving all our furniture into our home. They came well prepared with runners to protect our floors and they did an excellent job putting everything in its place. Absolutely no damage to any walls, floors or furniture. I highly recommend the team at Good2Go Moving for all your moving needs. They are the best!
